First held in 1969, the Micronesian Games have been held every four years since 1990, with the exception of 2020. The Marshall Islands are hosting the 10th MicroGames June 15-24, 2024 in Majuro. and Kwajalein

Team Yap and a lone athlete from Pohnpei in the Federated States of Micronesia were visiting delegates to arrive in Majuro for the 10th Micro Games.

RMI Weightlifting members made adjustments to the competition schedule at the International Conference Center Wednesday. The ICC will be the venue for the Microneisan Games weightlifting and wrestling competitions.
