Olivia Paschal, Reporter Local to NWA

Olivia Paschal returns to her home state of Arkansas as a reporter for Facing South.

I grew up in Rogers, AR and have recently moved back. I studied history at Yale University, where I graduated in 2018. After that, I worked at The Atlantic in Washington, D.C. and I am now a staff reporter with Facing South where my writing focuses on democracy, politics, and agriculture and rural communities. I have been reporting on the conditions for factory workers especially in light of the coronavirus pandemic this year.
