The Jones Center has announced several free activities open to the public for Spring Break (March 22-26). Free movies will be shown each weekday at 2 p.m. in The Jones Center Auditorium (face masks required). The ice arena and swimming pool will also be open for extended access from 12 – 7:15 p.m., $3 per-person, advanced registration required. And, the Runway Bike Park is open daily from sunrise to sunset. See below for more details on free events.
Monday, March 22 – Spring Break Kickoff: a day full of fun. Watch Despicable Me 2 at 2 p.m.
Tuesday, March 23 – Bike Park Party, 12 – 3 p.m. Free snacks and youth bicycle use during the party. Watch Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, March 24 – Watch Finding Nemo at 2 p.m. (Poolooza party at the leisure pool, $3 per-person).
Thursday, March 25 – Dress up as your favorite hero and visit with superheroes for Superhero Day, 1 – 4 p.m. Watch Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse at 2 p.m.
Friday, March 26 – Watch Frozen 2 at 2 p.m. (Visit with Elsa and Anna on the ice rink for Frozen Friday, $3 per-person).
Register for ice skating and swimming ahead of time. There are still spots open every day next week.
